Description

A two storey polychrome brick house three bays wide with gables, two chimneys on inside walls steep pitched natural slated roof with decorative wavy fascia and barge boards. Walls rise from a chamfered sandstone plinth, biscuit coloured bricks to quoins, window and door trim, brick string course just below first floor cills. Cills in sandstone. The rear elevation does not have decorative brickwork. Windows are sliding sash, four panes wide with 16 panes to ground floor and 12 to first floor. On the gable facing driveway is a date stone of 1865 and incorporating coat of arms. On the other gable is a small rectangular window lighting the attic. The chimneys each with two flues have offsets and moulded coping.
