Description

The remains of a single-storey house, likely dating before the 1830s, stand to the west of 52 Ballygasey Road, near Loughgall, County Armagh. Due to its limited architectural and historical significance, the building was only partially surveyed and not formally listed. It is believed that the house was reroofed and adapted for use as a fever hospital during the Great Famine, before later returning to residential use. The building is now derelict and roofless, displaying vernacular characteristics. It was recorded as HB15/02/060 during the first architectural survey.
