This is an early 19th century house, likely dating from between 1820 and 1839. It is a single-storey gabled building with a gabled rear return at one end, with the main entrance facing approximately south. The roof is now tiled with plain bargeboards to the gables, replacing original decorative bargeboards. The walls have been modernly rendered, and the windows are modern fixed lights with top-hung vents, which replaced original timber sliding sashes. The main entrance has a modern panelled door with integral ‘fanlight’ glazing. The house appears on an Ordnance Survey map of 1834 without its rear return. Originally it had a thatched roof, which was replaced by tiles sometime before 1970. The building stands facing Main Street, set slightly back behind a small, narrow garden and a low stone front boundary wall. It is located within the Levalleglish townland and sits within the Loughgall Conservation Area.
