Description

Much modernised two storey gabled farm house at the W side of the Tullynagee Road, c.2.5 miles W of Ballygowan. The front (E) facade has a Right of centre timber and glazed door surrounded by a large PVC conservatory. To the left of this are two PVC windows, widely spaced. To the right is a single similar window. To the first floor are four slightly smaller windows with frames as before. The space between the 1st and 2nd windows is much greater than the rest. The N gable has a window as front to the right on the ground floor and a similar window to the right on the first floor. The S gable has two windows (as before) to the first floor. To the centre left at the rear is a large single storey lean to extension with three PVC windows to its rear face and a PVC door to the N. To the right of this (on the main rear facade) is a large-ish picture window to the ground floor and a smaller window to the first floor. The facade is covered in a limestone chip dash with smooth cement render to wall edges, openings and as a recessed base. The roof is covered in Bangor blue slates with three (fairly recent) brick chimney stacks, unevenly spaced. PVC rainwater goods. Two large Velux windows to the rear.
