Description

Ivy Cottage is a cottage from the late 18th century, constructed of red brick in English bond. It features a steeply pitched corrugated iron roof and an end brick chimney. The building is two stories high and has two bays. On the right side, there is a boarded door sheltered by an angled timber hood. The windows include two-light casements, with a three-light casement on the lower left, most of which have small leaded panes and exposed timber lintels. At the rear, there is a lean-to. This cottage is a late example of a very humble architectural style.
