Barn, apparently converted from a cottage. Probably early C19. Local stone rubble; plain clay tiled gabled roof, with dentilled brick eaves corbelling suggesting raising of wall from former thatch line, Two storeys with attic, 2 bays. keystoned ashlar window surrounds, the lower windows being 3-light casements, with pins for former external shutters; matching plain openings above, one with loft doors, one now blocked, and in roof two hipped dormers also with doors; matching doorway between bays, Later C19 extension eastwards, linking to the C18 barn about 60 metres from Manor Farmhouse (qv) with which this has important group value.
