Description
Northbrook Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed in Flemish bond brick with a double span roof covered in double Roman tiles. The building features coped brick verges and brick end stacks, presenting a symmetrical façade. It stands two storeys tall and has three bays, each with 3-light casements that include glazing bars and brick voussoirs. The central entrance has a 4-panelled door, with the top two panels glazed, and is sheltered by a gabled brick porch with a double-Roman tile roof. To the right, there is a lower addition with a single bay and a 3-light casement on the first floor. Inside, the right ground floor room contains an inglenook fireplace with a broad wooden bressumer.
