Description

Dutch Road Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed with Flemish bond brickwork, featuring coped verges and a tiled roof with end brick stacks. The building is symmetrical, standing two storeys high with three bays. It has 16-pane sash windows that are highlighted by stepped voussoirs. The central door opening contains a six-panelled door, with the top four panels glazed, and is topped by a flat wooden hood supported on wooden brackets. To the right, there is a later two-storey addition made of coursed and squared rubble, which has a slate roof and a tall brick stack, and features a single bay with three-light casements.
