Description

Woodbine Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of Flemish bond brickwork, with a double-roman tile roof, a crested ridge, coped verges, and brick end stacks. The symmetrical design features two storeys and three bays, with sixteen-pane sash windows set within brick voussoirs, and a dressed key centrally positioned. A central door opening is accessed by a six-panelled door with the top two panels glazed, sheltered by a flat wooden hood supported on two chamfered wooden columns and wrought-iron brackets. A catslide roof extends to the rear of the property.
