Shamrock House is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Brent Street in Brent Knoll. The building features a roughcast exterior and a pantile roof with coped verges and end brick stacks. It has a symmetrical frontage, standing two storeys high with three bays and sixteen-pane sash windows. The central door opening contains a six-panelled door, with the top four panels being glazed. This entrance is adorned with a stone portico that has a flat entablature and a moulded cornice, supported by paired hexagon columns and similar half-columns attached to the wall.
