Description

Wainbridge Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1800. It features Flemish bond brickwork with a brick parapet that has a plain coping, a plain stone band at the eaves level, coped verges, and a slate roof with brick end stacks. The building is symmetrical, standing two storeys high with three bays and 16-pane sash windows that are highlighted by voussoirs. The central door opening contains a six-panelled door topped with a fanlight that has radiating glazing bars. Inside, the farmhouse includes a staircase from the same period, decorative plasterwork, and shutters for the doors and windows.
