Description

This is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is built on a plinth of coursed and squared rubble, with roughcast render, rusticated quoins, wide eaves, and a slate roof. The building has end stacks constructed of coursed and squared rubble. The design is symmetrical, with three bays and 16-pane sash windows featuring stepped voussoirs. The central doorway has a semi-circular stone surround, a six-panelled door, and a fanlight with radiating glazing bars. The doorway is topped by an open stone pediment resting on fluted consoles. Original window shutters are present on the ground floor, and the staircase is of the same date.
