Description
Elm House is a house from the late 18th century. It features a roughcast exterior and a pantile roof with coped verges. The house has brick end stacks topped with stone caps. It is symmetrical, standing two storeys tall with three bays and 16-pane sash windows. The central door opening contains a six-panelled door, with the top two panels being glazed. Above the door is a flat wooden hood supported by two slender cast iron columns, with two similar half-columns attached to the wall. The forecourt is enclosed by decorative cast and wrought iron railings.
