Description

Nos. 6 and 8 High Street are two shops that have been combined into a single shop. They date from the early 19th century and feature a roughcast exterior with a tile roof and a brick ridge stack. The building is two storeys high and has five bays. The first floor has 16-pane sash windows, while the ground floor includes three shop windows with vertical glazing bars, paired half-glazed doors, and a further door opening to the left, which is a 20th-century glazed door. There is an outshut to the right that is not of interest. The building is primarily noted for its group value with other nearby structures.
