Red sandstone random rubble, partially rendered brick dressings, half hipped asbestos slate roof, sprockets. 2 storeys, 3 bays; brick gabled heads to loft doors in outer bays, left door approached by flight of external stone steps, 3-light unglazed opening centre left, groundfloor 2 plank doors flanked by 3-light unglazed openings. Forms part of good group of C19 farmbuildings, in prominent position at entrance to Washford from the Williton Road.
