Description
This is an 18th-century chest tomb located 3 metres west of the tower at the Church of St. Pancras. It is made of sandstone and features a ledger top with apsidal ends. The west end displays a coat of arms, while the east end is plain. The north side has been demolished, and the inscription on the south side is illegible, although the date 1699 can be discerned. At the time of the survey in April 1983, the tomb was partially overgrown with ivy and partially sunk.
