Description
Wyndham House is a house from the early 19th century, which includes a cottage likely dating from the late 18th century at the rear. It is built of local stone rubble that was previously rendered, with some dressings made of Hall stone. The roof is hipped and covered with Welsh slate, and there are brick chimney stacks. The house has two stories and features a six-bay north elevation, with the fourth to sixth bays projecting. The ground floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the upper floor has 6-pane sash windows; however, the windows in bays one, two, and five are now blind panels that have been painted. The entrance is located in bay three, featuring half-glazed doors with a fanlight above, and is sheltered by a freestanding flat roof porch supported by square semi-classical columns.
