Description

This is a summerhouse located adjacent to the southeast corner of the frontage of Holdenhurst, dating from the early 19th century. It has a rendered exterior with a pent roof and coped verges on each side, topped with a pantile roof. The front features a broad segmental bow window with six lights, designed in a Gothic style with tracery, and includes paired French windows at the center. The summerhouse is primarily listed for its group value with Holdenhurst.
