Lodge and gateway. Early C19. Lodge of coursed and squared rubble, hipped slate roof, paired polygonal ashlar stacks at apex. Square on plan. Classical and Tudor style. Single storey, 2 bays, 2-light stone-mullioned windows with stopped labels, mostly leaded lights. To centre of driveway frontage a door opening, half-glazed C20 door; stone portico, flat entablature, triglyph frieze with metopes on 2 Roman-Doric columns, pilasters to wall. Pair of rusticated ashlar gate piers, moulded caps with key-patterned bands, couchant C20 heraldic lion on each; rubble quadrant walls with further lesser rusticated ashlar pier to each side, hipped and moulded caps. Further attached sections of wall are not included.
