Description

Neighbourne Farm House is a house dating to circa 1800. It is constructed of rendered material, with a double Roman tile roof and brick stacks at the ends. The main part of the house is two storeys high, with three bays and 2-light stone mullioned windows with edge-hollow chamfered detailing. The ground floor windows are modern casements. A glazed gabled porch shelters a door opening with ogee moulding, and contains a 6-panelled door with the upper two panels glazed. A parallel range was added to the rear in the mid-18th century; this range has 2- and 3-light chamfered mullioned windows, some of which have been altered. A deep, chamfered door surround from the 18th century is found at a lean-to on the west side.
