Description
The entrance gates, gate piers, and flanking walls to the churchyard of the Church of St James were built in 1881. They feature a pair of wrought iron gates, each adorned with a foliate head on its rails. The gate piers are made of plain Doulting ashlar and include a lamp overthrow, with the lamp still intact. On either side of the gates, there are short sections of rubble wall, each measuring 3 metres long, topped with panels of cast-iron railings.
