Description

The Old Laundry is a building, likely dating from the 18th century, that has been converted into a house. It is constructed of rubble with a concrete tile roof featuring coped verges and three ashlar ridge stacks. The building has two storeys and a two-bay front with a further bay to the right. It features unmoulded mullioned windows with two and three lights, each with raised edge surrounds. A central entrance has a cornice above it, leading to a plank door, and there is a small window at half height to the right. The rear has a catslide roof, with a two-light window featuring ovolo moulded mullions, as well as a later single-storey extension.
