Description

The premises of Somerset Child Guidance and Schools Psychological Service, located at The Mount, is a building that likely dates from the mid-19th century. It is a rendered and colour-washed house with two storeys plus attics and features a slate roof. The building has deep wooden eaves and two dormers with sash windows. Three windows have been blocked up. The existing sash windows include glazing bars. To the left of the entrance, there is a doorcase with a pediment supported by pilasters. A contemporary extension projects forward to the left side of the building.
