The building has two storeys and features a three-window range with a central entrance set in an advanced central bay. It includes 12-pane sash windows, each with flat-arched gauged brick heads above and on either side. A verandah spans the ground floor. To the right, there is a later addition of a pedimented wing, which has a low window at the first-floor level and an inserted window below. The house has end wall stacks.
