9/470 Barn 2 metres to rear of St. Algars Farmhouse -

GV II

Barn. C14, extensively rebuilt C17 and C20. Random rubble double-Roman concrete tile roof, half hipped to right, some plain tiles to left, 2 C20 gabled dormers, small truncated brick stack to left. One storey and attic, roof structure of 4 bays, C19 and C20 casements with glazing bars to ground floor, one blocked. Door opening in a brick surround, divided plank door. Interior with a single cruck truss, tenoned cambered collar. Alterations continuing at time of resurvey (November 1983). (VAG report, unpublished SRO, August 1982).
