Description

Myrtle Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse. The front is built of finely dressed Ham stone ashlar, while the sides and rear are of roughly cut and squared stone. The roof is slate, with a shallow slope between stepped, coped gables, and the end chimneys are of yellow brick. The farmhouse is two storeys high with three bays. It features a plinth and an eaves course. The windows are sash windows in plain openings; the outer bays have 16-pane windows, and the upper bay has a 12-pane window. A 6-flush-panelled door is set within a plain opening. The interior has not been inspected.
