GV II House. Early C19, Red sandstone random rubble masonry, hammer dressed quoins, slate roof, stone stacks. 2-storeys, three bays; sash windows with single vertical glazing bar, 6 panel door double door in moulded ashlar surround with fanlight. pantiled outshot at rear enlarged to 2-storey flat roofed extension at South-east end. This building occupies a prominent position at entrance to Milverton from the Taunton Road.
