Description
Little Coombe is a house dating from the mid-17th century, constructed from Doulting rubble with rough quoins, coped verges, and a double Roman tile roof, featuring rubble stacks. The building is two stories tall and has four bays. The right two bays are fitted with three-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned windows that have stopped labels, while the left two bays contain late 19th-century casements. There is a gabled stone porch with a semi-circular headed door opening. The inner doorway has a stone surround with a four-centred head, and the spandrels are decorated with small shields. A plank door is present, and there is an additional door opening incorporated into the casement on the ground floor of the left bay.
