Farmhouse, now dwelling, farmbuilding abutting, walls enclosing garden on South front. Early C19. House: roughcast over rubble, slate roof, brick stacks gable ends. Double pile 2 storeys, 3 bays, 12-pane sash windows, central entrance. diagonally boarded door, leaded fanlight, C20 half glazed porch. Abutting to West long range of farmbuilding, red sandstone random rubble, slate roof. Two 2 storey blocks with entrance to foldyard between, all under one roof, left barn, right 3 bays of perhaps granary over stable, overlooking garden and linked to house by wall returned around forecourt on South side, unglazed openings. Wall: pink brick mainly in wall fronting gender, some random rubble, about 1.5 metres high with brick set on end for crenellated coping, curved, swept up on returns to about 2.5 metres East, 3.5 metres West, and returned to house and farmbuilding respectively. Entrance to farm North West corner, 2 centred arch doorway with double doors. Interior not seen. Forms a good group.
