Description
20 Mount Street is a building dating from the mid-19th century, located on the southwest side of Mount Street, facing Vivary Park. It is three storeys high and constructed of colourwashed stucco with a slate roof that features projecting eaves. The front is divided by plain pilasters and has two sash windows, some of which retain glazing bars. On the ground floor to the left, there is a small canted bay. A two-storey extension is located on the south side. The street front includes a small projecting porch topped with a triangular parapet and features paired round-headed windows. This building is part of a group of listed buildings that includes the School, Unitarian Chapel, the Lawn, Mary Street House, the listed buildings in Vivary Park, Wilton House in Hammets Walk, and Nos 1 to 14 Upper High Street.
