Description
A row of three cottages dating from the early 19th century, located on the south side of East Street, Ilminster. The cottages are built of stucco with slate roofs, featuring stepped stone coping with moulded kneelers and brick stacks to the gable ends and the party wall of the two cottages on the left (east). Each cottage originally had a one-room plan. The cottages present a two-storey, three-window facade. All windows have three lights, with a narrow 1/1-pane sash window in the centre flanked by fixed lights containing two panes each. The two left-hand cottages have doors positioned to the right, while the right-hand cottage has a door to the left, creating a pair of doors under a blind window of similar dimensions to the others. The interior has not been inspected.
