Description

This is a house located at 1 Rock Street, with a core dating back to the 17th century and rebuilt in the mid to late 19th century. The building is constructed of random rubble and features a pantile roof with brick stacks. It has two storeys and consists of two bays. The windows are 2-light casements with horizontal glazing bars and flat-arch heads made of brick voussoirs. There are two door openings: on the left is a narrow plank door, and on the right are broad paired plank doors beneath a wooden lintel. The house is included in the listing primarily for its group value.
