Description

Number 43 Naish's Street is a building dating from around 1690 to 1705. It is constructed of rubble and stands three storeys high, with traces of the original gable still visible. The second floor features an altered two-light mullion window, while the first floor has two similar windows with hollow chamfer drips. The ground floor has glazing bar sash windows set in block dressings, and to the left is a six-panel flush door. The roof is covered with pantiles. Inside, there is a winder stair next to the chimney with incised risers. At the rear, there is a near contemporary cross wing that includes a cellar.
