Description

This is a semi-detached cottage dating from the 19th century. It is built of ham stone near-ashlar, with a Welsh slate roof featuring plain gables, and a brick chimney stack. The cottage has two storeys and three bays. It has sash windows with 16 panes, set in plain openings with voussoired flat-arched heads. A 20th-century door is located in the lower bay of the right-hand side. The interior has not been inspected. It is attached to number 44 to the east.
