Description
The granary, located 20 metres east of The Manor House, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed from local lias stone that has been cut and squared, topped with a hipped Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The east elevation features open arches below, supported by thin impost blocks, with small-pane casement windows above in plain openings. On the north side, there are stone stairs leading to a loft door. An outshut is present on the east side. This granary is situated in a courtyard surrounded by a 'U'-shaped range of buildings from the same period, although the other buildings have been modified and are not of special interest. All these structures complement the Manor House.
