Description
The Mark French chest tomb, located 20 metres south of the south porch of the Church of St George, is a notable chest tomb dating from 1737. It is constructed of ashlar and features panelled sides, a wide moulded plinth, and a capping. The tomb preserves an inscription on its wall. It stands out prominently in the churchyard.
