Description

25 and 27 Broad Street is a house with a shop, dating from the early 19th century. The building is rendered and colourwashed, featuring a Welsh slate roof with stepped coped gables and brick chimney stacks.

The exterior consists of three storeys and three bays. It has a random stonework plinth and a mid-20th century shop front with a central recessed doorway in the first bay. The fascia extends across the second bay. The windows are sash style in plain openings, with 12 panes on the ground floor of the third bay and on the first and second floors. There are late 20th century panelled doors in plain openings to the second bay and to the right of the third bay. The interior has not been inspected.
