House with shop, now shop with offices. Mid C19. Rendered and colourwashed, with toothed ashlar quoins, Welsh slate roof hipped at south end, brick chimney stacks. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 bays, with single-bay angled return on south end. C20 shop front across whole of ground floor, with ashlar dressings, above, sash windows in plain openings, 12-pane to first floor and 9-pane to second, all first-floor windows have small ornament wrought-iron balconies with rounded ends. INTERIOR: not inspected. Part of the development which took place soon after Broad Street (formerly Wette or Water Lane) was widened in the early C19.
