Description

The Mould monument is a chest tomb located about 2 meters south of the nave of the Church of St Michael in Compton Pauncefoot. It dates from the 17th century and is made of Doulting stone. The tomb features a chamfered base plinth, plain slab ends and flanks, and chamfered coving leading to a heavy flat top. It commemorates William Mould, who died in 1624.
