Description

No. 103 is a detached cottage located in Lower Gunville, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from local stone rubble that is coursed and features Bridgwater patent interlocking clay tiles for the roof, along with brick chimney stacks. The cottage is two stories high and has three bays, with an additional one-bay extension to the north.

The ground floor has two-light early 20th century casement windows, while the upper floor features two-light leaded casement windows. In the second bay, there is a plain boarded door with two glazed toplights set in a recess, and all openings have exposed timber lintels. The extension includes a three-light horizontal bar casement window on the first floor only. The interior has not been seen.
