Description

20 and 22 High Street is a museum and house dating from around 1800. The left side features painted ashlar, while the right side is made of painted brick. The building has a classical facade and stands three stories tall with two bays. It includes sash windows with glazing bars set in panelled stone architraves, and the right bay has stepped voussoirs. There are panelled pilasters and a single late 20th-century shopfront on the ground floor. The building is topped with a moulded cornice, a parapet, and coping.
