Description

No 12 High Street is a shop and house built around 1800. It features Doulting ashlar stone and a slate roof, showcasing a classical facade. The building is three stories tall with two bays, and it has sash windows with glazing bars set in panelled stone architraves. Each window is topped with a cornice that has patera decoration, supported by moulded stone brackets. There is a panelled end pilaster on the left side. The ground floor has a late 20th-century shopfront. The structure is finished with a moulded cornice that is topped by a parapet.
