Description

This is a 17th and 19th century cottage located south-west of Brierly Cottage in Kingsbury Episcopi. The cottage is constructed of coursed and squared rubble with a double-Roman tiled roof featuring a coped verge. A brick stack rises from the gable on the right-hand side, and a taller brick stack extends from the eaves on the left. The cottage is two storeys high and features two 2- and 3-light raking dormers on the first floor. On the ground floor, there are two 3-light windows with moulded stone mullions and stone labels, alongside a single-light opening set within a stone surround. A central door opening is fitted with a plank door and a tiled pentice supported by wooden posts.
