Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of St Mary’s Street in Nether Stowey. The house is built of random rubble, with a colourwashed and rendered front facade. It has a double Roman tile roof with a crested ridge and a brick stack at the right end. The symmetrical facade has two storeys and three bays, featuring 12-pane sash windows on the first floor and 16-pane sash windows on the ground floor. A central door opening contains a six-panelled door, with the top two panels glazed.
