Description
Buick House is an 18th-century house in a row, located on the east side of Patwell Street in Brutton. The house is constructed of local stone rubble with painted stone dressings, and features a plain clay tile roof with abutments. It has two storeys and two bays, with 12-pane sash windows set in plain surrounds. A wide central doorway has a pair of part-glazed doors within a stone surround, incorporating flat Doric pilasters, a full entablature, and a pediment. A footscraper is set in a recess to the right of the door. There is a rendered pilaster and a band course running along the facade. The interior was not inspected during the listing process.
