Description

No 1 Patwell Street is a cottage in a row, likely built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from local stone that has been cut and squared, topped with a stone slate roof featuring an abutment and a plain verge. The cottage has two storeys and two bays, with 12-pane sash windows. The lower bay has paired windows, each with voussoired flat arch heads, while the central entrance door is a six-panel design with a similar arch head. The interior has not been seen.
