Description

The property is a farmhouse, likely dating from the 17th century and significantly altered in the late 18th or early 19th century. It is constructed with roughcast over rubble walls, with pilaster quoin strips, and has asbestos slate roofs with overhanging eaves. Brick stacks are located on the gable ends and to the left of the cross passage. The building follows a 'U' plan with three main cells and a cross passage, with gabled wings at the rear. It is two storeys high and has three bays. The first floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor features 16-pane sash windows with inserted till windows on the end bay to the right. The entrance is in the second bay from the left, accessed via a flat-roofed wooden porch with Doric columns and panelled double doors, topped with a fanlight. The interior has not been inspected.
