Description

This is an early 18th-century barn located northwest of Woodcock Farmhouse. It has a timber-frame construction with weatherboarding and limestone rubble gable ends, incorporating some brickwork. The roof is covered with pantiles. The barn follows a 3-bay plan, featuring a central threshing floor. A corrugated iron door is present, alongside a shallow porch on the rear (west) side. Internally, the barn features jowled posts supporting collar trusses, with butt purlins and a diagonal ridge. The building is listed for its group value.
