Description

Woodcock Farmhouse is an early 18th-century brick farmhouse with dressed stone quoins and a double-Roman tile roof, featuring two skylights and three brick stacks. The building is two storeys and attics, originally with a 3:2 bay arrangement. The left three bays have two-light, chamfered stone-mullioned and transomed windows. The first floor of the right two bays showcases two-light, plain stone-mullioned windows, while the ground floor has a four-light, transomed wooden casement. A door opening, centrally located on the left three bays, is framed by an ogee-moulded stone surround, leading to a four-panelled door and a 20th-century gabled and glazed porch. A weathered string course runs at first-floor level.
