Description
This is an unidentified chest tomb located about 1 meter north-east of the former Church of St John the Baptist in Wheathill, Lovington. It is likely from the 18th century and made of Doulting and Keinton stone. The base is buried, featuring plain slab sides and flanks, with moulded coving on the hipped top. Unfortunately, any inscriptions on the tomb have been lost.
